Potassium alum is commonly used in water purification, Leather Tanning, Dyeing, Fireproof Textiles, and Baking Powder.

Product Dose:

Potash alum is a chemical compound widely used as the potassium sulfate dodecahydrate. It is double salt that is used commonly in medicine and the water treatment process. Potash alum is also known as potassium alum or potassium aluminium sulfate. The chemical formula of potash alum is K2SO4.Al2(SO4)3.24H2O. It is also commonly referred to as ‘fitkari.’

Agricultural Application : Potash Alum also used to balance pHof SOIL. When Soil is ALKALINE, then use approx 1 Kg Fitkari Diluted solution per Acre basis. NEVER use Fitkari for ACIDIC SOIL and Neutral pH soil. Fitkari, also known as alum, is used in agriculture to improve soil fertility, plant health, and crop production. It can also be used as a pesticide to kill insects and treat fungal and bacterial infections.
