The pore size of 3A molecular sieve is 3Ǻ. It does not adsorb any molecular larger than 3 Ǻ. According to the industrial application specialities. All these advantages have made it come to be the most essential and necessary desiccant in the fields of the deep drying, refinery, polymerization for cracked gases, ethylene, propylene and any other non-acidic gases or liquids in petroleum and chemical industries.

Product Dose:
Molecular sieve is used as a catalyst carrier, the co-adsorption of water and carbon dioxide and co-adsorption of water and hydrogen sulfide gas and is mainly applicable to dry of medicine and air compression systems.

Product Note:
Reactivation Method:
Insufflate the sieve bed with vapor to exchange the organics out to avoid char formation at first, and then reactivate the molecular sieve with common method.
 
Attention:
To avoid damp and pre-adsorption of organics before running or must to be reactivated.
Remarks:

It is also used for drying (removal of moisture) refrigerant Propane.

Molucular Sieve 3A
Molecular sieve 3A is a cat-ion exchanged potassium form of A type crystal structure.
The potassium ion is larger than sodium ion,is effectively exchanged in basic 4A type molecular sieve to reduce the pore size -3A0 and it enables selective adsorption depending upon molucular size. 
 
Molecular sieve 3A is used for dehydration streams in liquid phase or vapour phase due to high drying effciency and minimises the interference of hydrocarbon co-adsorption. Our molecular Sieve exhibits high resistance to attrition and physical damage during serivce

Major Applications:  Commercial dehydration of unsaturated hydrocarbon streams, including cracked gas, propylene, propylene butadiene,acetylene; drying polar liquids such as methanol and ethanol, Adsorption of moleculues such as NH3 and HO from a N2/H2 flow. Considered a general-purpose drying agent in polar and non-polar media. The 3A structure is particularly effective in dehydrating the inner space of insulting glass window as well as refrigerant gases.
