Product Short Description: TANK CLEANER based on citric and inhibitor to remove rust and calcium and magnesium scale deposits from stainless steel cargo tanks.
Product Description:

Specialized Tank cleaning surfactant blended with citric acid to remove Rust and precipitated calcium and magnesium from Steel surface of Tank. concentrate tank cleaner in liquid form is available in various packing. Blended with calculated proportion  with surfactant to perform better cleaning action. Due to its equilibrium formulation, Its descaling and derusting properties increases.

A specialized blend of citric acid and surfactants formulated for stainless steel cargo tanks. It effectively removes precipitated calcium, magnesium, and free iron ions from austenitic stainless steel surfaces. The cleaning process restores metal brightness and enhances corrosion resistance. Ideal for post-cleaning passivation and maintenance of tank hygiene. Ensures long-lasting protection against rust and contamination.

Product Application:
Tank cleaned and treated stainless steel surface with Citric TankClean becomes highly resistant to rust and contamination. Consistent and cost-effective supply of Liquid Citric Acid.  Liquid Citric Acid, 50%  is used as a sequestrant, dispersing agent, acidifier and flavoring agent also used as pH-control agent in the food and beverage industry. CITRIC ACID liquid solution is one of popular cleaner to dissolve lime scale, rust stain etc.
 
CITRIC ACID liquid precipitate iron by chelating. which is used as iron control additive in the oil industry.
Product Dose:
DIRECTIONS FOR TANK CLEANING USE

Make 10-15% Dilution of Citric TankClean with water, then Heat solution  upto 50°C. By using  tank washing machines Spray the solution on stainless steel tank walls. After 10 – 20 minutes use high ptrddure machine or plenty of water on tank surface for complete rinsing. Leave it to air dry.
 
Also clean cargo holds and external surfaces on ships. 

Liquid Citric Acid, 50% . We manufactures pure liquid of CITRIC ACID.  Citric acid precipitate iron by both chelating. This is the reason why citric acid liquid used for iron control additive in the oil industry.

Citric Acid is a water treatment chemical used as pH control and for the removal of iron and other elements from fouled water softeners. Removes hard water built up, scale and lime. Citric Acid 50% Solution is used as a preservative, acidifier, chelator, and flavoring in various sections of the food and beverage industry.
