Neutralizing Rust Inhibitor Acid Neutralizer with Corrosion Protection

A Neutralizing Rust Inhibitor is a specially formulated chemical used to neutralize residual acids after cleaning or pickling operations and simultaneously provide temporary corrosion protection to metal surfaces.

It is commonly used after acid descaling, rust removal, or cleaning processes to prevent flash rusting and surface damage.

Product Dose:

Recommended Usage

Application Dilution
After acid cleaning 1:5 – 1:10
Light neutralization 1:10 – 1:20

Steps:

  1. Flush system after acid cleaning

  2. Circulate/apply neutralizing inhibitor

  3. Allow contact for 10–20 minutes

  4. Drain and rinse if required

 

Precautions

  • Ensure complete removal of strong acids before application

  • Use PPE during handling

  • Do not mix directly with concentrated acids
