Product Description:

RXSOL Carbon Dioxide Absorbent is High Performance Grade Absorbent. RXSOL-81-8197-220 is a versatile CO2 absorbent for removal of carbon dioxide and other acidic contaminants from gas streams. It is a specialize compound consisting primarily of amines with other ingredient is an active compound of mixture of hydroxides , indicator.

Product Application:
RXSOL-81-8197-220 is used as an absorbent in gas treating processes for several reasons:
 
CO2 Absorption: CO2 Absorber RXSOL is effective in selectively absorbing carbon dioxide from gas streams. It reacts with CO2 to form a stable compound, which can then be regenerated to release the captured CO2.
 
High Selectivity: CO2 Absorber RXSOL exhibits high selectivity for CO2, which means it can selectively remove carbon dioxide while leaving other gases, such as methane, largely unaffected. This is crucial in applications where the purity of the gas needs to be maintained.
 
Regeneration: CO2 Absorber RXSOL can be regenerated after absorbing CO2, allowing for the recovery of the absorbed carbon dioxide and the reuse of the absorbent. Regeneration is typically achieved by heating the CO2 Absorber RXSOL solution.
 
Low Energy Requirement for Regeneration: Compared to some other amine-based absorbents, CO2 Absorber RXSOL requires relatively lower energy for regeneration. This is advantageous in terms of operational efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
