Product Description:

SODIUM METHOXIDE 30% SOLUTION product is 30wt.% solution of sodium methoxide in methanol.

Product Application:

SODIUM METHOXIDE 30% SOLUTION reaction with unactivated aryl bromides in the presence of copper catalyst under various reaction conditions has been studied. It reacts with aryl halides in the presence of a palladium catalyst in DMF (Dimethylformamide) to afford arenes.

IF IN EYES: Rinse cautiously with water for several minutes. Remove contact lenses, if present and easy to do. Continue rinsing. Immediately call a POISON CENTER or doctor/physician. Rinse mouth. Do NOT induce vomiting. Wash contaminated clothing before reuse. In case of fire: Absorb spillage to prevent material damage. Store in a dry place. Store in a well-ventilated place. Keep container tightly closed. Store locked up. Store in corrosive resistant polypropylene container with a resistant inliner Dispose of contents/ container to an approved waste disposal plant
