Personal Protective Equipment (PPE):

• Wear eye protection/face protection. 

Ventilation:

• Ensure adequate ventilation, especially when dust formation is a concern. 
• Use only outdoors or in a well-ventilated area. 

Dust Formation:

• Avoid dust formation and aerosols. 
• Provide appropriate exhaust ventilation at places where dust is formed. 

Contact:

• Avoid contact with skin and eyes. 
• Wash skin thoroughly after handling. 
• If on skin: Wash with plenty of soap and water. 
• If in eyes: Rinse cautiously with water for several minutes. 

Ingestion and Inhalation:

• Avoid ingestion and inhalation. 
• Do not eat, drink, or smoke when using this product. 

Storage:

• Keep containers tightly closed in a dry, cool, and well-ventilated place. 
• Store away from oxidising material, alkalis, and moisture. 

Spills:

• Soak up spills with inert solids, such as clay or diatomaceous earth as soon as possible. 
• Minimize generation of dust. 

Specific Hazards:

• Skin and Eye Irritation: Ammonium iron(II) sulfate hexahydrate can cause skin and eye irritation. 
• Respiratory Irritation: May cause respiratory irritation. 
• Corrosion: May be corrosive to metals. 
• Combustible Dust: Further processing of solid materials may result in the formation of combustible dusts.
